Teachers join the children on their learning journey to observe and facilitate an extension of their discoveries.

Prior to enrolling at Little Explorers more than four years ago, our family had tried three other preschools. Once we started at Little Explorers, the difference became immediately clear. Here, our children are met where they are, by teachers who know them because they've been on staff for multiple years. Our family is treated like a member of a community, not an invoice. Little Explorers somehow manages to walk the fine line of both allowing our kids to be kids, while also preparing them to thrive in elementary school. We feel so lucky to have found a school where we never have to worry if our kids are safe and loved, where they beg us not to pick them up until the very end of the day because they are having too much fun, and where our family is valued and understood.

Little Explorers has been a wonderful discovery for our family! Our son is in his second year and we have seen amazing growth in his time there. What attracted us to Little Explorers was the focus on outdoor play and exploration, which is a must-have for my boy. Little Explorers also meets his social, intellectual, and emotional needs where he is at and gives him the framework to expand beyond. I have seen his self-confidence strengthen and compassion deepen at school and at home. He knows he is in a safe space to explore and discover himself. The teachers and staff are so helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. They strive to create an engaging, safe environment. We are grateful to be a part of this community and excited for our daughter to join Little Explorers soon.
